cancel the meeting, let’s get started.

Evergreen Webinar Build

Start to finish:
Built 16 products across 6 checkouts
Wrote copy, implemented tracking, and QA’d everything personally
Managed all tech: Clickfunnels, StealthSeminar, AC automations, checkout redirects
No launch issues - ever

Tools used: ActiveCampaign, CartFlows, StealthSeminar, ClickFunnels, Intercom

Segmentation + Tag Automation Fix

The problem:
Customer service was manually applying 50+ tags. Errors were common. Campaigns were messy.

What I did:
Built an automation triggered by internal tag updates
Used API calls to apply the correct automation tags
Streamlined backend systems and stabilized campaign targeting

Tools used: ActiveCampaign, WooCommerce, CS platform, Metorik, API integrations

Subscription Compliance Flow

The problem:
To stay PCI compliant, we needed two distinct welcome sequences - one that mentions billing, one that doesn’t. Over 100 subscription variations meant chaos was always one mistake away.

What I did:
Mapped all subscription types to the correct messaging pathway
Set up logic to deliver the right welcome flow based on product + payment status
Maintained clarity across hundreds of automations, reducing customer confusion and support tickets

Tools used: ActiveCampaign, CartFlows, WooCommerce, internal documentation system

If I didn’t write it, it didn’t happen.

The problem:
With weekly LIVE shows, new product drops, member-only perks, organic evergreen funnels, and subscription nuances, no one had a handle on how to coordinate it all - without confusing or bombarding people.

What I did:

Wrote and sent every marketing and member email - bi-weekly - across multiple customer types
Owned SMS strategy and execution with tailored messages for launches, reminders, and last-chance promos
Handled internal comms across teams to coordinate timing, asset delivery, and segmentation logic
Created a content calendar and messaging map to prevent audience fatigue and align promos
Built automations that updated dynamically with audience tags and subscription status

Tools used: ActiveCampaign, Slack, Figma, Google Docs
